(More customer reviews)Excellent book to improve your jazz vocabulary. Starts from simple jazz lines and chords to much more advanced styles. You'll use cluster voicings, drop 2, quartals, block chords and a bunch more. There's a little bit for everyone. The only thing is I wish the musicians started with the actual melody instead of going straight to the improv. Probably the next best thing to actually transcribing.
